1. PHARMACIST: 05 positions

* Job description:

- Receive and complete the sales targets assigned.

- Research the area, plan periodic sales at the request of the company.

- Search customers via phone, internet, meet customers, introduce themselves, products

- Building a friendly, long-term relationship with customers.

- Insurance reports, weekly sales, according to the company's rules.

- Develop the market you are in charge of, update the list of customers you are in charge of and the list of potential customers in the region.

- Survey prices, sales strategies of competitors, propose the best sales program for the company.

- Support colleagues when there are difficulties in the market.

- Track contract progress and support accounting for debt collection.

2. TERMS: 01 location

* Job description:

- Direct reception: Welcome, guidance, procedures for customers / partners when coming to work.

- Customer service: Receive incoming calls, answer questions, advise customers about the service.

- Receive and process correspondence and dispatch: Make sure the dispatch arrives and travels quickly, the right place to receive or send

- Weekly, monthly and quarterly work reports for management.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

3. MARKETING NUMBER: 01 position

* Job description:

- Build and manage Google ads, Facebook ads, etc.

- Download and store corporate database security.

- Develop content about products and business activities of the company: write content on the fanpage & website of the company.

- Collect and analyze market information, products and programs of Digital Marketing, Social Media of competitors.

- Proposing ideas and implementing promotions, promotions to boost sales.

- Coordinate with other departments to perform well teamwork. - Consulting, supporting the Board of Directors related issues.

* Job requirements:

- Graduated in communication, online marketing, pharmacy, business administration, ...

- Mastering basic marketing knowledge: SEO, SEM, Web design, Social media, copywriting, ...

* Job description:

- Proposing suppliers, negotiating prices and signing contracts for each event.

- Working with Design / Media to create images, clips ... for the program.

- Collect ideas to build the next quality program.

- Set up ideas, plans and scripts to organize events and programs that the company implements.

- Coordinate management before, during and after the event.

5. GENERAL ACCOUNTANT: 01 position

* Job description:

- Implementing activities of general accounting data.

- Check all accounting entries on the accounting system, including receipts, payments, corrections & corrections if any errors are found.

- Set up fixed accounts, depreciation of fixed assets, accruals, provisions ... to make monthly financial statements.

- Invoicing sales of technical expertise, Tracking receivables - payables.

- Reconcile debts with customers, set up payment and settlement records.

- In charge of drafting documents related to contracts and liquidation

- Check the validity of vouchers of payment of expenses, advance payment.

- In charge of bidding documents: Read the bidding documents, plan the implementation of the requirements in the bidding documents.
