You need to check the status of the goods and can exchange / return the goods at the time of delivery / receipt in the following cases:
- The goods are not of the correct type or model in the ordered order;
- The affected outside conditions such as packaging tear, peeling, breakage ... and must have videos and photos when unpacking the product for confirmation;
- Product technical defects caused by manufacturer;
- In case of used goods, we do not support return.

- Step 2: After we receive information from the customer, we will assist in contacting, confirming and processing.
